Welcome to ImClose , a timer application developed. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

ImClose is a timer application that allows users to set timers, choose characters, or upload custom images and audio to display and play when the timer ends. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the App's source code.
Use the App to upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws or third-party rights.

2. User-Uploaded Content

The App allows you to upload images and audio files to customize your timer experience. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
